Head-blow injury critical

A man hit over the head with a firearm at a house in Raglan was last night in a critical condition.

A Raglan police officer was called to the house on Opotoru Rd at 10.40 and found a 25-year-old male unconscious and in a serious condition.

The man was taken to Waikato Hospital.

Police interviewed a 32-year-old male occupant of the address, and Inspector Shawn Rutene of police northern communications said they are not looking for any one else in connection with the incident.
