Black Caps captain Brendon McCullum has called time on his international cricket career after 14 years. The two Australian tests in February are expected to be his last and he is unlikely to attend the T20 world cup in India in March.
McCullum debuted in a one day international against Australia in February 2002. His test debut was against South Africa in 2004.
He is still the only New Zealand cricketer to score a triple century in a test match. He made 302 against India in February 2014.
