Unbeaten Harcourts are averaging a shade over 63 goals per game in Netball Wairarapa's premier one competition this season, and the odds favour them extending that figure when they play Wairarapa College at the Colombo Road courts in Masterton tomorrow.
With a record of sevens wins from as many matches and a total of 442 goals for and only 137 against, Harcourts have been a class and more above their rivals to date and a Wairarapa College side with only one win to their credit has little, or no, chance of making a close game of it.
Harcourts will be wary of not dropping their standards though as they only have to recall last season to see what can happen when that occurs.
They also had the measure of their premier one rivals through the preliminary stages then only to suffer defeat in the grand final at the hands of St Matthew's Collegiate.
The other premier one fixture at the Colombo Road courts tomorrow will feature Gladstone All Blacks and Sports Arena Carterton and with just two points separating them on the points table it should be a cracker.
Kuranui College, which has been selected to represented Wairarapa at the Millennium Cup secondary schools tourney, will be expected to maintain their second place on the competition ladder when they play South Wairarapa neighbours Salute Greytown at the Genesis Recreation Centre on Monday night.
Also played at the Rec Centre on Monday evening will be the premier one fixture between Carterton Red and St Matthew's College with the latter expected to have a clear edge there.
Harcourts should be too classy for Wai Coll
