The death of a man in a Hamilton alleyway this afternoon is not being treated as suspicious.
Police were called to the grass alleyway between Norris Avenue and Croall Crescent, Te Rapa, about 12.40pm where a passerby discovered a man lying face down, dead.
He is a 46-year-old Hamilton man
