A small crowd gathered for an impromptu performance from Japanese comedy duo Gamarjobat before the start of the New Zealand International Comedy Festival on Friday.
The pair's silent comedy act - a combination of mime and acrobatics - is one of 60 shows over three weeks around Auckland.
