Hair colour product recalled

A hair colouring product is being recalled following concerns it could irritate the scalp.

People who bought Wella Colour-Up Decore No.20 Black Permanent Creme Colour should return it to the retailer for a full refund, Proctor & Gamble Distributing NZ said.

It said the colourant in the tubes had re-crystalised and could cause scratches to hands or the scalp when rubbed in.
