Motorists refuelling at Gull will find a pleasant surprise at the till today as the oil company drops petrol prices by 10 cents a litre.
Gull said with Easter around the corner they have dropped pump prices by 10 cents a litre so motorists have more money in the bank for the holiday.
General Manager of Gull New Zealand Dave Bodger said the prices will be reduced from 7am today through to 12pm tomorrow.
"At Gull we understand that Kiwis would rather spend their money on Easter eggs and hot cross buns than fuel so are pleased to offer additional discounts off our already low prices at the pump today," Mr Bodger said.
"This week, petrol prices around the country dipped another 2 cents a litre, and today we are taking that one step further by dropping our prices by 10 cents a litre."
