Club president Neil Morison presented the player of the match awards for the under-13s with Max Telford taking the honours for the Blacks and Pacer Willacy-Scott for the Reds.
Greytown under-9s played Carterton and, in a competitive match, it was Greytown who came out on top by 35-20.
Rams JAB teams had another impressive set of results. The under-13s ventured to Martinborough where a fired-up Martinborough-Tuhirangi side put them to the test in the first half. Rams led 15-10 at the break and lifted their effort considerably in the second spell, scoring a 47-17 victory.
Player of the day was No8 Jeffrey Wilson who scored four tries, while Keanu Walsh was another forward to shine. The pick of the backs was Cullen Madden.
Rams under-11s ran into a much improved and plucky Marist side which put them under pressure for large periods of their game.
Marist managed a try in each half but, in the end, it was Rams who dominated the scoring, winning 59-10. Speedy wing Braden Kassim had a fine game for Rams as did blockbusting lock Dru Molesi.
The Rams under-10s found Carterton-Tuhirangi to be too big and strong and were beaten 20-45 but not before they had registered some fine tries of their own. Their player of the day was Moa Iefata. Jack Britland and Jayden Hume were good value for Carterton-Tuhirangi with their strong running and Liam Searle also made good territory. Their player of the day was Darroch George-Bodle, who distributed the ball well in his stints at halfback and first-five and also made some searching runs.
Rams Black under-9s made it two wins in a row with a solid 50-25 victory over Featherston and the star of the show was Hayden Jackson, who thoroughly deserved his player of the day award.
The winning streak of the under-9 White team came to an end when they were held to a 15-15 draw by Gladstone. Rhemus Hullett made several strong runs and earned the player of the day ranking.
The three Rams under-8 sides all recorded a win with the Blacks and the Greys also having a loss.
For the Blacks, Cooper Thompson was their best tackler and scored a try and, for the Whites, it was Julian Elmers who was player of the day.
In the under-6s grade, the Rams Blacks recorded two wins and the Whites came up with a hard-earned draw.
