New Zealand's longest running green living event is turning five and is calling for businesses with a sustainable conscience to be part of its celebrations.
The Green Living Show and NZ Organic Natural Expo 2015 is set for Auckland's ASB Showgrounds June 27 to 28 where it will showcase companies and small business working in the organics, ecobuilding, cleantech and green living sectors.
Exhibitors and sponsors wanting to be part of the event are evaluated on their commitment to sustainability before being accepted.
Founder of The Green Living Network Tina Raines, which puts on the annual event, says the weekend is about promoting responsible consumerism. The two day expo aims to celebrate businesses with a sustainable conscience "who are leading the way in environmental sustainability and green innovation", she says.
New additions to the event for 2015 include; a third seminar room - where experts from the green living and clean tech sector will deliver a diverse range of free seminars over the two days, and a cooking demonstration stage where chefs will show audience members how to make raw and sugar free treats at home.
