Wairarapa United coach Phil Keinzley considers his team will benefit from not being involved in any Capital division one matches this weekend
Losses to Miramar Rangers and Lower Hutt City last Saturday and Monday have seen the side relinquish the competition lead to Western Suburbs and Keinzley says having time off will enable them to recharge the batteries.
"We definitely dropped our intensity in the last two games and we need to refocus on what we need to do to get ourselves back on top of the table," he said. "We certainly can be the best team in the competition and now we need to prove it."
The current points table is: Western Suburbs 25, Wairarapa United 22, Lower Hutt City 20, Wellington United 19,Kapiti Coast 17, Naenae 14, Miramar rangers 13, Olympic 7, Wainuiomata 6, Seatoun 0.
Great time for a break
