Garden lovers can order a full programme for the Taranaki Rhododendron Festival, which runs October 27-November 5. A total of 47 gardens will be open throughout the province, including 15 of national and regional significance.
Festival-goers can also enjoy seminars, speakers, walks and workshops, and a garden party.
A landscape design project by King Kong set designer Kim Jarrett will be unveiled on the New Plymouth foreshore on the opening day of the festival.
