Police say they hold grace have concerns for the well-being of an elderly woman who went missing in suburban Auckland yesterday.
Sonia Carden, 77, from Owairaka Avenue, Mt Albert, has not been seen since about 10am yesterday.
Ms Carden is a Polynesian with grey/silver affro hair, 1.57m tall and about 60kg. She was wearing a grey cardigan and grey trousers.
Police said Ms Carden had Alzheimer's disease and a serious heart condition and police were concerned for her well-being.
She was expected to be in the Mt Albert, Carrington Road, Point Chevalier, and Western Springs areas and could be carrying flowers or in an area with flowers.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
