Graffiti defaces town

A graffiti spree left hundreds of obscene words and symbols in more than 30 spots around Takapau on Monday night, upsetting residents.

The obscenities covered blank walls and signs from the north of Takapau right into the town centre and included the RSA, the Catholic church and the Cenotaph.
