An Auckland GP has been found guilty of professional misconduct for having sex with a patient. The woman also worked as a nurse in the doctor's practice from October 2006 to June 2007. The tribunal found there was a sexual relationship between them from December 2006 until at least May 29, 2007. It is considering what penalty to impose.
