The Government has taken another step towards public-private partnerships (PPPs) in the building and maintenance of schools, but education union NZEI says the only winners will be the companies involved.
Infrastructure Minister Bill English and Education Minister Anne Tolley yesterday said the Government would get a business case done and make decisions on individual schools.
