Police have seized two jet skis, a wood-splitter and two trail bikes during a raid on a rural Wairarapa property.
Police raided the house at 7am on Thursday as part of a crackdown on the Head Hunters' methamphetamine supply network which saw about $600,000 in assets seized across the Wellington region.
The house and the land where the raid took place have also been seized by police.
Four men and one woman appeared in the Wellington District Court today on charges relating to dealing methamphetamine. Houses in Upper Hutt, Titahi Bay and Paekakariki were also raided as part the operation, which involved more than 60 police, including the Armed Offenders Squad.
Detective Sergeant Shane Rongonui said yesterday "the operation had successfully contributed to the disruption of methamphetamine distribution and supply across the Wellington region".
