The April-May winner of Wairarapa Won is Dan Johnson, from Powershop (pictured with Wendy Morrison from ANZ, representing Wairarapa Won).
The award was established two years ago to recognise outstanding customer service in Wairarapa.
Mr Johnson's nominee said she had become confused after setting up a Powershop account, and called Mr Johnson for help.
"Dan very quickly worked through the account, called me back the same day, and was able to explain to me what had happened.
"In addition, he reduced the excessive number of emails we were receiving and got us on to a cost-saving promotion.
