KEY POINTS:
Three people accused of abusing Rotorua toddler Nia Glassie will find out next week if they will get bail.
Oriwa Kemp, 17, Michael Pearson, 19, and William Curtis, 47, were previously refused bail by a district court judge but appealed to the High Court.
A hearing was set down to be heard in the High Court at Rotorua today but Justice Paul Heath adjourned the hearing until September 13, saying there were "issues concerning reasonable terms of bail" that needed to be resolved first.
Three-year-old Nia died in Auckland's Starship Hospital on August 3 from injuries allegedly inflicted on her at her Rotorua home.
