General Motors in Britain has resorted to giving away money to publicise its Korean-made Chevrolet Aveo - aka the Holden Barina.
The company created a billboard in central London that showed an Aveo made entirely from penny coins, to illustrate the 769,500p ($21,213) starting price of the budget small car.
The 6m billboard was stripped of its 20,000 coins in less than half an hour but garnered a lot of publicity.
