A team of 15 then headed to Kāpiti for the Wellington champs.
It proved a successful competition for the club, with many of its athletes earning medals.
Ayla Turnwald was first overall and Aurelia Ryan second overall in step 1 overs.
Eleanor Snodgrass was second overall and Vivienne Green third overall in step 1 unders.
Sage Alexander was third overall in step 2 overs.

Capria Tamatea and India Gill travelled to Tauranga to compete at the Central championships at the Argos Gymnastics Club and faced strong competition.
Gill achieved a score that qualifies her for Hawke’s Bay/Poverty Bay selection for the national championships.
