A German knowledge wave is continuing to benefit Masterton with two more students lending their skills to Masterton District Council.
Sarah Roos and Verena Kolmar, students from a University of Applied Sciences in Germany, have been working at an internship in Masterton District Council.
Ms Roos has been working in the administration team under Ruth Cox, on tasks including a recycling project, Ms Kolmar was working behind the scenes on the First Street, Lansdowne project, including the gathering of information under senior project officer Peter Whisker. "I took some photos to get ideas and put all the pictures in a presentation," Ms Kolmar said.
Ms Roos and Ms Kolmar have joined Senja Spitzer and Lisa Bauer, who appeared in Saturday's Wairarapa Times-Age, and are helping at Masterton District Library and with Waitangi Day plans.
