General Manager
HBF Plaster is a highly reputable interior/exterior plastering and painting company located in Napier but operating throughout the North Island. We have an opportunity for an experienced commercial general manager to join our high performing team.
Reporting directly to and working very close to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
- Contract Management - completing contact documentation and payment claims which
requires working with a broad spectrum of trades.
- Human Resource and Fleet Management
- Procurement Chain - develop and maintain key relationships with subcontractors and
suppliers
- Health and Safety - ensure a positive safety environment and maintain all documentation
To be successful in this role you must have a tertiary qualification and or proven commercial experience. Knowledge of employment laws and contract administration within the building industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
