A young man who jumped a fence and gatecrashed a barbecue for Prince William at Premier House on Monday has escaped prosecution but will not be welcome there for the next two years.
Wellington area commander Inspector Peter Cowan said yesterday police had decided against laying criminal charges, instead issuing teenage radio station employee Warwick Slow with a trespass notice in regard to Premier House.
