A teenage Mongrel Mob member has been jailed for three years for breaking into a couple's home and jumping into bed with them as they slept. Terrence Biddle, 19, was sentenced by Judge Chris McGuire in Rotorua District Court this week after admitting assault with intent to sexually violate.
Biddle's lawyer, Jonathan Temm, described the event as "bizarre" - Biddle had burgled a house but left behind his backpack containing his identification. He returned intoxicated and ate food before getting into bed with the 63-year-old woman and her partner, who were asleep.
