Name suppression continues for a man accused of murdering an Auckland man who died after being burnt alive in his Sandringham garden two weeks ago.
The unemployed 32-year-old has been accused of the murder of Colin Moyle, a sickness beneficiary from Sandringham.
He has been ordered to undergo another psychiatric assessment.
The initial report has found the accused is not in a state to plead to the charge and releasing his name might result in a deterioration of his condition.
The man has been further remanded in hospital for the second assessment to be carried out and will reappear in court on June 11.
