The funeral for a 14-month-old toddler who was fatally hit by a car in Kamo last week will be held today at the Pehiaweri Marae in Whangarei.
Rongoa-Tukawa Ray-Tomes of Sydney was struck in a carpark on the corner of Hailes Road and Lincoln Place in Kamo, police said. He died at the scene.
The funeral is set for 10am to farewell the toddler.
