The mother of a teenager who escaped from a police van is asking Trade Me internet site users whether she should turn in her fugitive son.
Chassy Duncan, 17, escaped from a police paddy wagon after a burglary charge court appearance on January 5.
His mother, Joanne O'Rourke, started a chatroom discussion on Trade Me on Friday, the Manawatu Standard reported yesterday.
Mrs O'Rourke said she did not know where Chassy was "but that if I did and they are 17, should I help the (police) or just let them do their job?"
