An Auckland man has given his face a clean shave in preparation for this year's 10th Movember challenge.
Carl Ewen, 31, is no stranger to the mo. In fact, before Movember his face was already adorned with a healthy crop of hair - but in the name of men's health Mr Ewen has wiped the slate clean ready to grow a mo for the 10th year running.
He said as a long-time supporter of Movember and men's health he's hoping to rally the troops and make 2015 the biggest year on record.
"I am motivated as I have had male members of my family afflicted by both cancer and depression."
