KEY POINTS:
The cost of calls from home phones to India and Thailand in the wake of last week's attacks in Mumbai and continuing turmoil in Bangkok is going to be credited to Telecom customers.
The credit will apply to direct dial calls made from Telecom home landlines to landlines in India and Thailand, and will be retrospectively applied to customers' accounts for calls made from noon on November 26 to noon on Monday December 1.
