Fraud case set for trial

The case of a former Hamilton principal who resigned facing multiple fraud charges is set to go to trial next year.

Martin Elliott, a former Hamilton mayoral candidate who resigned as principal of Fraser High School in 2009, faces 61 charges of using or obtaining a document for pecuniary advantage, three of false accounting and one of money laundering.
