Police have released the identity of a fourth man sought in connection with a brutal attack on Canadian tourist Jeremie Kawerninski in Lower Hutt last month.
Mark Alexander Gage, 30, is believed to be in the Hutt Valley or Wainuiomata areas.
Mr Kawerninski, 25, spent 10 days in hospital after he was beaten and robbed of $40, clothing and jewellery.
A third man Benjamin Peter McPadden, 18, a labourer, from Naenae, Lower Hutt, appeared in Lower Hutt District Court yesterday charged with kidnapping, aggravated robbery and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He was remanded in custody to reappear on May 9.
Two other men appeared in Lower Hutt District Court earlier this week on the same charges.
Taranaki man Jaydon Russell Borland, 30, from Taranaki, and Jason Gregory, 19, from Wainuiomata, were both remanded in custody.
Detective senior sergeant Ross Levy said police had completed an examination of the Naenae house where the attack took place and had also seized and examined a vehicle.
