Bolt is due to reappear in court on September 25.
A 17-year-old man from Mangakino and an 18-year-old Rotorua man were arrested and charged with assault yesterday and appeared in court today.
Officer in charge Detective Sergeant Kevan Verry said today the arrests had come about because of the tenacity and professionalism of the detectives involved in the investigation as well as the support provided by the Tokoroa community.
