The robberies took place over a number of weeks in various parts of the Waikato.
They include ram raids at Stirling Sports Te Awamutu and a Mobil station in Huntly last month.
Wilson thanked members of the public for their assistance with the investigation.
"Your information has been invaluable," she said.
The arrests were made after searches at four properties in Hamilton and Ngaruawahia.
Police also uncovered stolen property including vehicles in addition to firearms and a cannabis grow room.
Searches would continue throughout the day.
"Now we'll work hard to reunite owners with stolen property in the coming weeks," Wilson said.
The four people arrested were scheduled to appear in Hamilton District Youth Court today.
The three youngest accused would also face charges of burglary, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and participating in an organised criminal group.
Police asked that anyone with information about the robberies call Hamilton Police on 07 858 6200 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
