Four men will appear in court tomorrow charged over a stabbing in central Auckland late on Friday.
A 22-year-old man was slashed from the temple to the jaw and a 21-year-old man was stabbed in the chest in the incident in Myers Park just before midnight.
Four men aged between 19 and 25 were charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and would appear in Auckland District Court tomorrow, Detective Sergeant Scott Hunter said.
The victims had yet to be spoken to by police.
The 22-year-old man was reportedly to undergo surgery in Middlemore Hospital last night to fix sliced nerves in his face and a fractured eye socket.
