A four car pile up on the southern motorway could cause headaches for commuters this morning.
Police were currently attending the scene of the crash on the southern motorway between the Papakura on-ramp and the Manurewa off-ramp, police northern communications shift inspector Andy Brill said.
Four cars were involved in the nose-to-tail crash in a northbound lane, he said.
No-one had been injured in the accident, however it could cause some delays for motorists this morning, he said.
Meanwhile, the New Zealand Transport Agency was warning people that they could expect delays.
