Four arrests after stolen car chase

Four people were arrested after police used road spikes to stop a stolen car near Rotorua this morning.

A police northern communications spokesman said the car, a Subaru stationwagon stolen from Auckland, was spotted on State Highway 33 and police vehicles pursued it for 20 minutes before road spikes were deployed and the vehicle stopped.
