A former Hamilton school principal accused of fraud has pleaded guilty to two charges at the Hamilton District Court this morning.
Martin Elliott allegedly used Fraser High School funds for work on his personal property.
He was due to face trial in March facing 33 charges, reduced from the 64 he originally faced, however he's now pleaded guilty to two charges of using a document for pecuniary advantage, and the rest of the charges will be dropped.
Elliott will be sentenced on February 9.
