A former rugby league boss facing more than 120 fraud and forgery charges had the case further adjourned at Porirua District Court today.
Graham Carden, 55, of Porirua is accused of 126 charges relating to the misuse of poker machine money.
The alleged amount of money involved was $120,000.
Carden was remanded until today because he has changed lawyers but the hearing has now been rescheduled for October 4 at Wellington District Court.
Carden is a former New Zealand Rugby League chief executive.
