All Black waiters Andy Haden (left) and Andy Dalton do their bit for charity at a Cancer Society fundraiser in Auckland on Thursday night.
The event was held at 27 venues, including the No 1 ground at Eden Park, where guests dined under lights and heat lamps.
Other venues included the Queen St window of Louis Vuitton, the boardroom at Ellerslie Racecourse and leading restaurants, some of which put on special menus for the Moet & Chandon Supper Club.
The club was debuting in Auckland, but is well established as an annual charity event in Australia and London. At a party venue revealed after their dinners, hundreds of socialites, chefs, medical specialists and other guests mingled into the small hours.
Charity event regulars welcomed the intimate event as a change from auctions in big function rooms. The Cancer Society will benefit by $80,000.
