KEY POINTS:
One of the three people arrested on charges of abducting a pizza delivery man in suburban Auckland has been told she cannot get any fast food delivered while on bail.
The woman, 19, was granted bail when she appeared in Manukau District Court charged with kidnapping and robbery of a pizza delivery worker on May 18 in Howick.
The 60-year-old Italian pizza delivery worker was attacked and robbed outside a Howick address before being driven around for hours in the boot of his own car.
Judge David Harvey said the accused woman was a few days short of her 20th birthday and therefore under law he had to grant her bail unless there were very good reasons not to.
He bailed her to a Howick address, imposed a 24-hour curfew and told her she could not order any takeout fast food. She is also forbidden from having any contact with her two co-accused or the victim.
A 21-year-old female co-accused also appeared today. She was remanded in custody.
An 18-year-old man from Clendon Park, south Auckland, was earlier granted bail on a 24-hour curfew.
All three will reappear for a pre-depositions hearing on July 16.
