Former Sunrise presenter Carly Flynn is making the switch from TV to radio, with a new gig at The Breeze FM.
Flynn will co-host the morning show from October, a few months after giving birth to her and husband Dave Flynn's first child next month.
The 31-year-old said the move was "an offer I couldn't refuse" and sounded like a perfect job for a new mum.
"I always wanted to return to work relatively soon after baby, and I love being a journalist and staying within the MediaWorks family," she said.
The cancellation of TV3's Sunrise in April, which Flynn co-hosted with Oliver Driver, was still affecting staff who lost their jobs, she said.
"I still miss it everyday."
