Flag to mark Norway's big day

The Norwegian flag is flying above the Auckland Harbour Bridge today to mark the day when Norway adopted a new constitution.

Having been part of a dual monarchy with Denmark for more than 400 years, Norway peacefully achieved independence in 1905.
