Five people, including a 17-year-old woman, have appeared in court over the violent assault and kidnapping of a man last month.
The two females and three males appeared in Queenstown District Court yesterday and were remanded on bail by Judge Dominic Flatley.
Two other men have been charged but did not appear yesterday. The seven are all charged over an attack on Jason Scott Maynard, of Cromwell, on November 26.
