A fisherman has been winched by rescue helicopter off Flat Rock, at Auckland's Muriwai Beach, after slipping and breaking his leg this morning.
Westpac Rescue Helicopter crewman Richard Selby said the man, aged in his 50s, was flown to North Shore Hospital.
