Auckland's first new electric train is taken on its maiden test run outside Wiri Depot to Puhinui station on 4th October, 2013. The train is currently going through a rigorous testing and commissioning process and will be joined by more new units delivered over the summer period, before first passenger services commence in April 2014. courtesy Auckland Transport
