Greenlane
* What: Family fireworks display with entertainment including Classic Hits retro party bands featuring the Gee Bees, local singers and dance groups, kids' playground and rides.
* Where: Alexandra Park.
* When: Begins at 5pm, with the main fireworks show at 8.45pm. Food and beverage available to buy or bring your own picnic (no alcohol allowed).
* Costs: $6-$12. Children under 5 free. Discounted tickets are available at www.iticket.co.nz Gate sales will also be available. Free parking at the Campbells Cres gate if your ticket is pre-purchased through iTicket.
North Shore
* What: Rock-it '07 Fireworks Display.
* Where: North Harbour Stadium.
* When: 5.30pm-9.30pm.
* Cost: Adult $12, child (0-14) $6, family (two adults and two children) $30, car parking is $5.
Blockhouse Bay
* What: Hill Top School fireworks display.
* Where: 37 Heaphy St, Blockhouse Bay, Auckland.
* When: Gates open 6.30pm.
* Cost: $2.

Fireworks bans
A fireworks and liquor ban on Tamaki Drive until Tuesday.
Gates to some of the city's volcanic cones will be closed earlier than usual.
Parks affected: Mt Eden, Mt Albert, Mt Wellington, Michael Joseph Savage Memorial, One Tree Hill, Mt Roskill.
