Auckland firefighters are at the scene of a factory blaze in Papatoetoe that broke out around 4am.
The fire was at the Crow Refractory - a company that makes boiler liners, and was the scene of a much larger blaze late last year.
The fire was confined to an area in the middle of the factory.
An extremely long ladder was used to get over the seat of the fire.
Investigators were attending.
