Thieves have stolen firearms and jewellery from a farm on White Rock Rd, Martinborough, over the weekend.
The burglars stole two shotguns, a .22 rifle, an air rifle and a large amount of jewellery from the property on the night of February 7.
Detective Kees Muller said the burglars gained access to the house by using a screwdriver to open a window and then took the firearms from a locked gun safe.
Police were still checking for fingerprints and any evidence left behind by the burglars, Mr Muller said.
"We are still taking forensic evidence from the scene."
