The fire that gutted two flats in Palmerston North this morning is being treated as suspicious.
Fire crews were called to the scene at 4:45am and when they arrived two flats were alight.
A central fire communications spokesman said an investigator will be assessing the scene this morning.
No injuries have been reported.
