Fire crews are still working to extinguish a fire at an address in Woodend, north of Christchurch.
A police spokesperson said Fire and Emergency was called to a house fire on Panckhurst Drive at 6:50pm. The house, a car and boat were fully involved in flames when crews arrived.
The fire is now contained but 15 firefighters are still at the scene fighting the blaze.
